Finally done. I could possibly paint more leaves, put more work into the details,but that's not what I wanted to do. This is fine.

My original character Lee in his garden - a little out of character as I don't picture him to run around "nekkid", haha. The original idea for the painting was totally different. The hair was about the same, until I asked myself: what would this look like, if I paint Lee instead? And so I continued :)

I like the way everything looks very soft, and the vibrant tones of the bird in contrast to the more natural colours...your grasp of light is really good too, especially the dappling over his skin ^^

This looks really nice! I love the amount of detail you put into it, and dappled sunlight can be difficult to pull off but you made it work. Great piece!
