Okay, i know it doesn't look like as good as my digital art. That's because it's my very first acrylic painting ever. Amazing, i found a medium that actually dries faster than i'm able to paint. I tried a few things... found out that i like acrylic paint, but that i need a good deal of practise.
That's Nightmare, one of my favorite characters from Soul Calibur (SC2). He is a lot slower than my usual favorites, but i like his elegant powerful fighting style and so i decided to draw a fanart. I used one of the official designs as reference - i had enough trouble with the new paint, i didn't want to ruin my fun completly with concentrating on a big project.
*pets* <333 Nightmare is my fav. *lurvs him* ^O^ but I like it when he's human. *nods* SexaY~ :+Fav: Acrylic is awesome. I did a huge tiger it was likw 2ft my 4. Took me soo long but I love the way it looked in the end. I'll have to find a way to post it. *clings* awesome piccu~
its an awsome acrylic painting.. almost similar to water color.. i do prefer acrilic myself when it comes to hands on artwork...i see when you said you need practice.. you are correct.. but i have no room to talk since i also need the practice ..lol.. otherwise i like the over all pic and experimentation ^^

Fantastic! I love the watered-down acrylic technique--it makes this almost look like watercolor. And of course Nightmare is a kick-ass character, and you did him justice.
Very easy to sort out. You put the selected colours in a washed-out meat tray (the foam type ones) and cover with clingwrap on intervals.
